Review: Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi

Favorite Quote(s): “Perry held her against him. ‘I missed you,’ he whispered in her ear. He couldn’t hold her close enough. ‘I should never have let you go. I missed you so much.’” Favorite Character: ROAR!!! First Line: “Aria was here.” My Musings: It’s been a while since I have read a Veronica Rossi book. Actually, I believe that I read Under the Never Sky in my pre-blogging days. So I was ecstatic when this book came into the library for me—I had been waiting for a while to read more about Perry and Aria’s journey. In this novel, Perry has become Blood Lord and Aria is still searching for the Still Blue. Perry brings Aria to his home in the Tides, but the Tides don’t take too kindly to Aria. So Aria leaves with Roar in search of finding information about the Still Blue and to find Roar’s love, Liv. And of course, all sorts of action-y stuff goes on, but I don’t want to spoil anything for you all! I liked Aria more in this novel that the first one. In the first one, she was timid and weak, having to adapt to life on the Outside. In this novel, she is much stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
