Release Day Launch: The Write Stuff by Tiffany King

Check out one of my favorite author, Tiffany King’s, newest novel, The Write Stuff. Out today! The Write Stuff TIFFANY KING Available August 25, 2014 Twenty-two-year-old historical romance writer Nicole Blake, or N.S. Blake to her readers, hasn’t taken an official poll, mind you, but she is convinced she may be the only romance author on the planet who is still a card-carrying member of the virgin club. Not that she hasn’t tried to end her membership. Life just keeps finding pesky ways to interfere. With no prospects on the horizon, Nicole begins to feel like the closest she will ever get to experiencing a man is within her own stories. Opportunity presents itself in the form of hot-as-sin-on-a-lollipop-stick bartender/premed student Alec Petropoulos, who agrees to be the cover model for her upcoming book. Sparks fly instantly between them, and Nicole begins to entertain the possibility that she’s finally found the right guy to hand over her tattered V-card. Alec has all the makings for a perfect one-night-stand candidate except, much to Nicole’s surprise, he seems to be the only man in existence not interested in bagging a virgin. Stuck between a rock and a stubborn male, what’s a virgin to do? Seduce him, of course. How hard could it be? If it works for the characters in her stories, why wouldn’t it work for her? After all, what happens […]

Review: Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom by Tiffany King

Favorite Quote(s): “‘You never know, I could totally take advantage of you while you were drunk on my kisses.’ ‘That’s how you would decide to take advantage of me, by knocking me over the head?’” Favorite Character: Jordyn. Duh. First Line: “I couldn’t tell you what day of the week it was, and quite frankly, I didn’t care.” My Musings: I have to start out by saying that Tiffany King is one of the most Indie-Credible authors around. And if you didn’t know that, then check out my Indie-Credible tour stop and say hi to Tiffany, Jordyn, and Emrys. I had a blast getting to know all three of them better. Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom pick up right where Jordyn left off. When Jordyn gets back from her five week hiatus, she is thrust right back into all of the action. Her and Emrys must venture into the Caverns of Gloom in order to save her best friend. “‘You have to wrestle it to the ground. Once you get them on their backs, they are unable to right themselves, something to do with the size of their legs.’ ‘Let me get this straight. You want to pimp me out to distract this goat thing by flashing him my belly button, all so you can wrestle him to the ground so he can’t get back up?’” Jordyn and the […]

Blog Tour: Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom by Tiffany King

Let’s give a warm welcome to the AMAZING Tiffany King! Today we have some questions for her. I am also proud to announce that she’s my author for Indie-Credible! So if there is anything in particular that you’d like to see, let us know! And let’s get to it! RR: Can you tell us a bit about your upcoming novels? TK: I’m very excited to announce that I recently sold my New Adult series, The Woodfalls Girls to Berkley Publishing. The deal includes my book, No Attachments and two follow up books. I also started a YA Contemporary series called the Seasons of Love series. Book one, titled, Turtle Bay, is in the hands of my agent right now. I’m also working on a Christmas themed NA novella that should be released in November. Keep checking my website for updates. RR: I positively adore Emrys’s character. I just have to ask–how did you pick his name? TK: The name Emrys means immortal, so it fit the character perfectly. Plus, I love the way it rolls off your tongue. RR: Jordyn is a strong and amusing female character with a very unique personality. Is her personality based off of someone that you know? TK: Jordyn is one of my favorite characters, and such a blast to write. I love her spunk. She is not based on anyone in particular. Most […]

Review: No Attachments by Tiffany King

Favorite Quote(s): “‘Maybe you just don’t see yourself clearly, or maybe you’ve set the bar so high for yourself that when you don’t quite make the mark you think you’ve failed.’” “‘So let me get this straight since I tend to look at things a bit analytically. It’s okay if we date, but even better if I decide I want to ravish your body to my heart’s content, and then walk away when I’m done?’ I questioned. ‘Exactly,’ she said, shivering slightly as my hand continued exploring.” Favorite Character: I’m going to go with Ashton. She was a strong lead who really cared about those around her. First Line: “‘Come on, go,’ my  friend, Tressa said, trying to push me out of my chair.” My Musings: When I first came to read the synopsis of this novel, I was expecting a novel full of meaningless loving, and hadn’t set my expectations super high so that I would not be disappointed. I hadn’t read any of King’s work as of yet, but I had been eyeing novels of hers such as Jordyn: A Daemon Hunter Novel One. This novel ended up completely blowing me away, taking me on a rollercoaster of hilarity and romance, one that I’m so glad to have the opportunity to share with you. This novel was more than what I expected. For one, when I realized that the character, […]
