Review: Bad Romeo by Leisa Rayven

And the closer we are, the stronger it gets.’” “Yeah, sure, I can do a passionate play with my ex-lover, who broke my heart not once, but twice. No problem. I bang my head against the wall. If there were a Nation of Stupid People, I would be their queen.” Bad Romeo was a fantastic book. It had a very complicated plot that definitely held my attention. It was told in two time periods, one of the past and one of the present. I thought that, for the most part, it was a nice touch to the plot line, because we were constantly seeing what was wrong between the characters that occurred in the past, and at the same time, we were privy to how they were working it out in the present. I really enjoyed reading it but as I got further and further the percentage read got higher and higher and we weren’t moving towards a conclusion. I’m sad to say that there wasn’t really one. It was an abrupt cut off that ruined the fantastic flow that this novel had kept up for the entire duration. It was really a […]
